$18/lb. Each tenderloin is approx 2lbs-4lbs (Note: 1lb size comes as 2 tenderloin medallions or filet mignon)
 
The tenderloin comes from the loin of the cow, located along the backbone. As this area is minimally used by the cow, tenderloins live up to their name, boasting exceptional tenderness. Tenderloins are more of a lean meat, and are delicous seared or grilled.
