Each package contains two steaks, weighing a total of  1-1.5 lb per package. Price is $16/lb.
 
Note: While you may order a specific weight, please be aware that our cuts may vary slightly in weight and size. We assure you that we'll do our best to provide a cut as close as possible to your order.
 
The New York Strip Steak comes from the short loin of our farm-raised cattle. It has a delicous balance of marbling and texture. We recommend it prepared by grilling or pan-searing to medium-rare or medium-doneness to enjoy the tenderness New York Strip Steaks are known for.
