    1. No Expiration Date

      Gift certificates from Farm Stapels do not have an expiration date and may be redeemed at any time.
       

    2. Non-Refundable

      Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, or other forms of payment.
       

    3. No Limitations on Use

      Gift certificates can be used on all Farm Stapels products and are not subject to any restrictions. However, they cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
       

    4. Partial Redemption

      If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used toward future purchases.
       

    5. Customer Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Cards

      Farm Stapels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates. Gift certificates will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
       

    6. Online and In-Store Use

      Gift certificates can be redeemed both online and in-store.
       

    7. Not Transferable

      Gift certificates are not transferable and must be redeemed by the original purchaser or intended recipient.
       

    8. Redeemable in the U.S. Only

      Farm Stapels gift certificates are valid for purchases made in the United States only and in U.S. dollars.
       

    9. Fraud or Misuse

      Farm Stapels reserves the right to void any gift certificate if fraud, tampering, or misuse is suspected.
       

    10. No Cash Back

      Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of payment, except where required by law.
       

    11. Conditions of Use

      Gift certificates cannot be used for the purchase of other gift certificates or applied to previous purchases.
       

    12. Legal Disputes

      Any disputes regarding gift certificates are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
