Note: While you may order a specific weight, please be aware that our cuts may vary slightly in weight and size. We assure you that we'll do our best to provide a cut as close as possible to your order.
 
The Sirloin Steak comes from the sirloin of our farm-raised cattle. This is a lean cut, wonderful for grilling, pan-searing, or roasting. We take pride in bringing you the freshest beef directly from our pastures to your freezer.
